When I first embarked on my early Legal career, I knew I was looking for something a little different and that the confines of a role as a solicitor may not suit me in the long term. On the verge of accepting my training contract, I took one look around the jobs market and like many others, I fell into Recruitment. Since then I haven’t looked back.  

Initially I placed Trainees as a R2R in London, working on a fast paced desk to find Graduates and Sales Personnel for Recruitment Firms. Always thankful for my chance, I have been keen to give back to the industry that’s provided a great career for me and as a result, have remained in Rec2Rec. 

Fast forward almost a decade and I am now working in Sydney; recruiting across the world at all different seniority levels and whilst that might sound like a lot to cover, 99% of my work is here in Sydney and Melbourne. 

Being well networked has always helped but if you are looking for great service and someone that actually makes you a priority during the process, then you are looking in the right place. I set up Kai Recruitment in 2019 to work in the way I believe that my clients and candidates see fit.
